Dallas, TX — Christie’s International Real Estate, the world’s leading luxury real estate network, with its exclusive DFW affiliate, ULTERRE, announced a new luxury residential and commercial real estate office located in the heart of Dallas in Uptown.
A grand opening event was held on September 18. Complimenting the luxurious space, Christie’s Vice President – Head of Sale – Handbags & Accessories New York – Caitlin Donovan, provided a magnificent display of Hermes, Birkin, and other luxury handbags. Art enthusiasts, collectors of all types, and agents from every major brokerage attended to view the collection and were welcomed by the Christie’s International Real Estate ULTERRE family and PaperCity.
Representatives from Christie’s and Christie’s International Real Estate were in attendance and spoke with great enthusiasm as their affiliate cut the symbolic red ribbon across the new doors of the Dallas office. The excitement went late into the night as hundreds of people enjoyed what is an office and a gathering place for Christie’s International Real Estate clients and partners.
In conjunction with the Dallas grand opening event the ULTERRE team announced several new team members. Laura Nelson, an accomplished agent formerly with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Real Estate, brings a deep set of capabilities and standout customer service. Shaun Jiou, also formerly with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Real Estate, has extensive management and customer service experience that extends beyond real estate. Mr. Jiou will provide clients and agents with exceptional support as ULTERRE grows across DFW. Mason Dever has also joined the team, specializing in Commercial Real Estate. Mason will combine forces with his former Northern Real Estate Group teammate Michael Karol to bring additional coverage and excellent service as the commercial real estate footprint of the company expands.
