Since entering the real estate industry after years in corporate marketing and advertising, she has excelled, earning the “Rookie of the Year” distinction in her first year at the largest brokerage in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. She has been recognized among D Magazine’s Best Real Estate Agents, D Magazine’s Top Real Estate Producers and was often among the top ten office producers. In recent years as an agent and sales manager, her passion for cultivating agents and helping them build their businesses further exposed her to thousands of unique transactions. With relationships all over the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Gaynelle is uniquely poised to get results. Born and raised in Amarillo, Texas, Gaynelle attended Baylor University and has lived in East Dallas, Park Cities, North Dallas. Acquainted with all that is involved with corporate relocation, she and her family also lived in Alabama and Oregon. Her investment in the Dallas community involves supporting numerous organizations and agencies including United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, Meals on Wheels, Café Momentum, The Salvation Army and Susan G. Komen. When Gaynelle is not engaged in real estate, you will find her oil painting, traveling with family and friends or visiting her daughter in New York City.
