About

With over a decade of real estate brokerage and commercial development experience, Eric Walsh is a leader and highly respected figure in North Texas commercial real estate. Eric has listed and sold hundreds of millions of dollars of commercial land and has successfully transacted over a quarter billion dollars of real estate in the last decade. Eric was instrumental in the successful launch of the commercial construction company which continues to see impressive growth, as well as the property management company, which has been a major value-add for our clients.

He is a Texas real estate broker and Christie’s Certified Luxury Specialist as well as a licensed firearms instructor, and member of Texas Association of Land Brokers, Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association and the Texas Wildlife Association. Eric has extensive experience owning and operating small businesses and currently owns a local gun store, pawn shop, commercial construction company, and a property management company.

Eric brings an ownership mentality to his clients, recognizing that each is working to solve a buy, lease or sell problem and needs guidance and qualified opinions to make the right decisions. His recommendations to clients to buy or sell are based on whether he would do it himself if he were in their positions.

Eric grew up in NW Tarrant County near Eagle Mountain Lake, is a member of the Fort Worth Boat Club, and he still counts this area among his favorites in North Texas. He has traveled extensively around the world, including Greece, Italy, Brazil, Africa, Ireland, Scotland, England, Germany, France, Bonaire, the British Virgin Islands, The U.S. Virgin Islands, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Canada, Alaska and most other states in the continental United States.

His favorite Texas experience is eating at Mary’s Café in Strawn, Texas for two reasons: the Dos Equis draft and chicken fried steak. In his spare time, you will find him hunting, fishing, ranching, shooting and learning.
